Workshop Follow Up - Post training evaluation regarding topics covered, presentation of information and use of materials provided. (5 mins.)

Counseling Logs - Trainees should fill out one per month for three months to receive a gift card for each submission. Counseling logs cover multiple sessions for each month, it is recommended that you print a copy of the log to use in office and use the online version to submit your results once a month.
