  • Pamela L. WolfPamela L. Wolf, Founder and Executive Director of Harmony, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Master's degree from the University of Tennessee. For the past 16 years, Pam has focused her career on providing quality services to children and families. After she adopted her daughter, Pam created Harmony with the dream of providing the support and education necessary to promote happy and healthy families.
  • Pam Frye, M.S.Pam Frye, M.S., Harmony’s Adoption Services Director, received her Master’s degree in Educational and Counseling Psychology from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining the staff at Harmony, she spent fifteen years working at the Helen Ross McNabb Center, a not for profit mental health center. Pam and her husband Kevin, adopted their daughter from China in 2002. Pam draws on her personal experience in working with adoptive parents. Pam’s professional interests lie in the areas of attachment, adoptive parent education and preparation and adoption related training. When she is not at work, Pam enjoys country life spending time outdoors with her husband, daughter and an assortment of cats, dogs and chickens.
  • Michael Yates, MDIVMichael Yates, MDIV, received his Bachelor's degree from Albion College in 1986 and his Masters of Divinity from Vanderbilt University in 1990. Michael and his family reside in Knoxville. His child welfare experience includes 2 years of residential services at Vanderbilt Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Hospital and 12 years of therapeutic foster care and adoption with the Helen Ross McNabb Center prior to joining Harmony. Michael is currently the Project Director for Adoption Support & Preservation as well as the Healthy Marriage, Healthy Family and Permanency Unit programs. A good laugh, active friends, and a forgiving family help keep Michael centered.
  • Brenda FaulknerBrenda Faulkner serves as the Director of Administration for Harmony. Brenda has a B.S. in Office Administration from David Lipscomb College in Nashville, Tennessee. Brenda and her husband live in Maryville with their two sons and two dogs. She loves to run and her dog Sassy loves to go with her on her outings.
  • Zan SchriverZan Schriver is Harmony's Project Manager for the Infant Adoption Training Initiative. He received a degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. He spent the next 10 years working with child and family-focused programs, including in-home intervention services, family preservation, foster care and adoption. Zan was drawn to the passion and commitment of Harmony in serving families and children. Zan enjoys cycling, running, and hiking.
  • Doris MatousekDoris Matousek is the Training Services Coordinator for the Infant Adoption Training Initiative program. She received her Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She has extensive experience in the health care field. She and her husband live in Maryville.
  • Denise MitchellDenise Mitchell is the Training Services Representative for the Infant Adoption Training Initiative program. Denise is a native of Knoxville; she is the proud mother of 3. Denise comes to Harmony Adoptions from Promotional and Marketing industry. Denise spends most of her weekends with her hiking group in the Great Smoky Mountains.
  • Gina BuchananGina Buchanan serves Harmony Adoptions as Administrative Assistant and IATI Representative. Gina had a stellar career as a meeting and wedding planner for the last 10 years. In her spare time she enjoys writing stories, reading and critiquing movies.
  • Robin SmithRobin Smith, Harmony's Adoption Services Specialist, received her Master's degree in social work from the University of Tennessee. Robin specializes in counseling children and works with Knox County Schools in addition to her clients at Harmony. She has been in the service of helping children for over 20 years, working at Children's Hospital as a house parent and for the University of Tennessee School of Social Work. Robin shares her life with her daughter and their dogs and cats.
  • Kristi Kulesz, LMSWKristi Kulesz, LMSW, is a Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with the Adoption Support & Preservation program and joined the Harmony family in 2006. Kristi received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in social work from the University of Tennessee. Her professional experience includes over 9 years of work in various settings such as Columbus Home, Peninsula Lighthouse and Foothills Care with children that have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect. Kristi lives in Knoxville with her best friend and 2 dogs. She enjoys music, reading and traveling.
  • Farah Cecil, MAFarah Cecil, MA, is one of Harmony's Adoption Support & Preservation Family Therapists. She lives in Chattanooga with her husband and their 2 children. Farah immigrated to the United States from her native home of Pakistan. She moved to America to pursue her education in hopes of building a better life for herself. Farah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in family science from Montreat Anderson College in North Carolina and a Master of Arts degree in education and human services with specialization in marriage and family counseling from Regent University in Virginia. Her previous professional experience includes working at Phoenix Foster Homes with their therapeutic foster care program. Farah is fluent in 6 languages and is very involved in her children's activities and her church.
  • Sarah Collins, LPC, NCCSarah Collins, LPC, NCC, is a Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor for the Adoption Support & Preservation program. Sarah received a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Tusculum College and a Master's degree in counseling from the University of Tennessee. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Tennessee as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. Prior to joining the Harmony staff, Sarah worked for Frontier Health as an outpatient therapist where she treated children, teens, and adults and specialized in substance abuse disorders. She lives in Greeneville, Tennessee where she resides with her husband, son, and their German shepherd. Sarah's hobbies include beading, singing, fishing, participating in and watching sporting events.
  • Allison Cole, MS, NCCAllison Cole, MS, NCC, is a Family Therapist for Harmony's Adoption Support and Preservation Program. Allison received a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. Her most recent professional experience includes work at an outpatient treatment facility with individuals struggling with substance abuse. Allison is committed to the work of helping both children and adults overcome mental illness. Allison loves to laugh, travel and be creative.
  • Lenna Allen, MSWLenna Allen, MSW, is one of Harmony's Adoption Support and Preservation Family Therapists. Lenna received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in clinical social work from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Her previous professional experience includes working with children at mental health centers, group homes, runaway shelters, and within the juvenile justice system. Lenna lives in Maryville. She shares her life with her husband, Donnie, and two sons.
  • Kim Liberatore, M.Ed., Ed.S.,Kim Liberatore, M.Ed., Ed.S., is a family therapist for Harmony's Adoption Support and Preservation Program. Kimberly was born and raised in the sunny state of Florida. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and an Education Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling, all from the University of Florida. Before joining the Harmony team, Kimberly was a counselor at PACE Center for Girls in Ocala, Florida, where she worked with at-risk adolescent girls who were striving to heal from the past and make positive changes in their lives. Kimberly enjoys riding horses, reading, traveling the world, and cheering on the Florida Gators. She lives in Knoxville with her best friend and 2 pit bulls.
  • Leslie JenkinsLeslie Jenkins is the newest member of the ASAP Family Therapist team for the East Region. Leslie lives in Maryville with her son and their pets. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in social work from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Leslie is licensed by the State of Tennessee. Previous experience includes foster care and residential treatment with adolescents. Leslie enjoys reading, working puzzles, shopping and spending time outdoors.
  • Caroleigh HeatonCaroleigh Heaton works in the Resource Department for Harmony's Adoption Support & Preservation program. With a background in child development and education, she works to provide support to ASAP care managers across Tennessee, manage the ASAP resource library, and develop curricula for mentors and support groups. Caroleigh loves books, movies, music, dogs, and sharing her life with her beautiful and very busy daughter.
  • Nicole ConingNicole Coning serves as Harmony's Project Manager to the Advocacy and Mentorship Programs of the Tennessee Foster Adoptive Care Association (TFACA). She received her Bachelor's degree in behavioral science from North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota and moved to Tennessee shortly thereafter. Nicole comes to Harmony from Omni Visions where she spent 10 years working in therapeutic foster care and special needs adoptions. Nicole lives in Maryville with her son, Jesse, who keeps life very entertaining!
  • Julie FlanneryJulie Flannery has a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Psychological Examiner. She spent the past 4 years working as the Director of Foster Care and Adoption for the State of Tennessee and was the Middle Tennessee Clinical Director for Omni Visions prior to working for the state. Julie enjoys sports of all kinds and is currently coaching her adoptive daughter's T-ball team. She also enjoys helping children and families in whatever way necessary so they can experience the joys of life that everyone deserves.
  • Robert MorganRobert Morgan, MDIV, is responsible for Video Productions for the Recruitment Program and the Harmony Agency at large. He comes with a Master's of Divinity from Vanderbilt University and a diversity of experience in human services ranging from hospital chaplaincy to community mental health. At Helen Ross McNabb Center, he served as a therapist in a residential treatment facility for youth struggling with substance abuse issues. In accord with Robert's ministerial background, he has been drawn to vocations that help individuals find wholeness from brokenness and is honored to share this passion with those who are like-minded at Harmony. Robert shares his life with his best friend and wife and their 2 sons.
  • Jan Dick, LCSWJan Dick, LCSW, is Director of Harmony's HART (Harmony Attachment Resource Team) Program. She supervises the HART Porgram for Harmony Adoptions from her Nashville base. She received her MSSW degree from the University of Tennessee in 1978, and has devoted her entire 35-year professional career to working with children and families impacted by the child welfare system in Tennessee. She has a passion for helping children to heal from their experiences of loss and trauma, tell their stories, and find permanency with committed and loving families.
  • Jennifer WestJennifer West is a counselor with Harmony’s Attachment Resource Team (HART). She earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature at Maryville College and a master’s degree in Counseling at the University of Montana. Her professional experience ranges from coordinating campus volunteer programs to serving as a bereavement counselor with hospice programs. She enjoys reading, playing in the mountains, digging in the dirt, and traveling around the world.
  • Elizabeth CarrollElizabeth Carroll is originally from Knoxville. Ms. Carroll received her Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Ms. Carroll spent several years practicing in Memphis, Tennessee, and returned to Knoxville in 2005. Ms. Carroll is serving as the Director of Harmony's Continuous Improvement Process Department.
  • Kelly BradenKelly Braden is the Administrative Assistant for Harmony's Continuous Improvement Process (CIP). Kelly brings 14 years experience as an administrative assistant to the team, with 11 of those in therapeutic foster care. She enjoys horseback riding, traveling, and spending time at home with her dog, Eastwood.
  • Lisa NorrisLisa Norris is an East Regional Case Coordinator for Harmony's FOCUS program. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in psychology; and her Master's degree in criminal justice from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. Her previous experience includes service at the Helen Ross McNabb Center in juvenile justice and then in foster care and adoption. She continues to serve children and families of East Tennessee by seeking to match children with a life-long connection to a forever family. Lisa shares her life with her son, her best friend and husband and their dog Jackson.
  • Heather Butcher, BAHeather Butcher, BA, is a Regional Case Coordinator for Harmony’s FOCUS program in the East Grand Region. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her most recent professional experience comes from Omni Visions, where she spent 9 years working as an adoption coordinator in therapeutic foster care. Heather is passionate about finding permanency and forever families for the children she works with. She resides in Knoxville with her 2 boys and their golden retriever, Harley.
  • Tina GravesTina Graves is a Regional Case Coordinator for the Middle Region's FOCUS team. She received her Bachelor's degree in criminal justice and psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. She has many years of experience in the social work field. She and her husband have 3 children and reside in Bell Buckle. As a family, their hobbies include horse back riding and showing horses.
  • David BraceyDavid Bracey is a Regional Coordinator of FOCUS in the Middle Tennessee Region. David received his Bachelor's degree from Martin Methodist College in Pulaski, Tennessee. His work experience consists of 2 years at Magnolia Wilderness Academy, where he served as a team liaison. He was an Area Leader for Omni Visions Inc. in the South Central Region. He and his wife have a beautiful boxer named Zeus. David is also very involved in the American Red Cross, serving as the Vice-Chair of his local chapter.
  • Stephanie R. CannonStephanie R. Cannon is the Statewide Administrator for the FOCUS program at Harmony Adoptions. She earned her Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Tennessee. Stephanie coordinates intakes for new children and manages the review of their cases. She came to the Harmony family from the Helen Ross McNabb Center where she worked in Therapeutic Foster Care for 6 years. She enjoys books and pursuing her love of writing and drawing. She resides in Knoxville with her husband, step-daughter and dog, Attila.
  • Sonora GoodsellSonora Goodsell has a Bachelor's of Social Work degree from Middle Tennessee State University with a minor in Women's Studies and Psychology. Sonora came to us from the Department of Children's Services where she worked as a Permanency Specialist, Facilitator, and Child Protective Services Assessment worker. Sonora has been married for five years and is the proud parent of two children. Sonora enjoys sculpting, painting, reading, writing, attending theatrical productions, yoga, and spending time with her family. Sonora is passionate about finding permanent outcomes for children and families, as well as advocating for their needs.
  • Shea WattsShea Watts, LPC, MHSP, NCC, is the Master Trainer/Specialist for the Healthy Marriage-Healthy Family program, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. Upon receiving her Bachelor and Master degrees from The University of Tennessee, Shea worked in a residential treatment center for children and adolescents. In her spare time, Shea enjoys spending time with her family, friends and cheering on the Big Orange. She lives in Maryville with her wonderful husband and best friend and their beautiful daughter.
  • Beverly GonzalezBeverly Gonzalez is Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director of Harmony Adoptions. She comes to us after serving as Executive Assistant to the proprietor of a luxury resort for 5 years. Beverly and her husband live in Alcoa.
  • Cindy KrusenklausCindy Krusenklaus is the owner and founder of BCK Inc., her computer consulting company. She supports Harmony's computer network, hardware and software. Cindy is active in her church and Teens Encounter Christ, a youth ministry. Her hobbies include traveling, gardening and spending time with friends and family.
  • Steve GellingerSteve Gellinger is Staff Accountant for Harmony Adoptions. He received his Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Florida. He enjoys running and working out. Steve and his wife live in Maryville with their son and 2 cats.
  • Debbie BlairDebbie Blair Debbie has joined the Harmony staff as Administrative Assistant in Adoption Services. She brings to Harmony 13 years of Administrative Assistant experience, 4 years at different types of businesses, 6 years at Lake Sumter Community College and 3 years at the City of Leesburg. She is the proud mother of 3 children and a daughter of 2 wonderful parents. She is originally from the State of Florida and moved here to Tennessee in August of 2009 with her husband, 2 children, 3 cats and 1 dog. She enjoys going to church, swimming, barbecue’s, and spending quality time with her family.
